PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii (Oct. 1, 2008) The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Russell (DDG 59) passes the Battleship Missouri Memorial as the ship makes her way pier side to Naval Station (NAVSTA) Pearl Harbor. Russell returned to its homeport of NAVSTA Pearl Harbor after a six-month deployment to the western Pacific supporting the Global War on Terrorism as part of the USS Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group.
